RHS Malvern Spring Festival has welcomed 90,000 visitors to the Three Counties Showground this week, marking a hugely successful start to the RHS Flower Show season.
Held from Thursday 7 to Sunday 10 May, the Festival drew gardening lovers from across Worcestershire and beyond, with visitors enjoying a packed programme of gardens, displays and expert talks in fine spring weather.
The event hosted special guests from the worlds of gardening and food including Dame Mary Berry, Alan Titchmarsh CBE, Monty Don OBE and Raymond Blanc OBE.
This year’s Show introduced a number of exciting new features, including two brand‑new RHS‑judged categories – Blooming Borders and Floral Tablescaping – alongside six inspirational Show Gardens, feature gardens and the ever‑popular Indoor Plant Gardens.
The 2026 theme, Roots of the Future – Honour the past, grow the future, was reflected throughout the Show, celebrating traditional gardening skills while highlighting innovation, biodiversity and climate‑resilient design.
Kate Dufton, Show Manager of RHS Malvern Spring Festival, said:
“We’ve had a fantastic four days in Malvern. The atmosphere across the Showground has been wonderful, helped by great weather, exciting new features and a brilliant response from visitors. Reaching 90,000 visitors is wonderful for the Festival and a testament to the creativity, passion and hard work of everyone involved.”
With strong visitor numbers, successful new categories and sunshine throughout much of the event, RHS Malvern Spring Festival 2026 has once again reinforced Malvern’s place at the heart of the UK gardening calendar.
