Cash Point

There is one cash point on site (please see show maps for location and there is a charge for transactions). Check availability for third party events with the organiser.

Visitors are welcome to bring a picnic to Malvern Autumn Show and there will be picnic benches, including four wheelchair accessible picnic benches available to use.

Members Marquee at Royal Three Counties Show

Members will be able to access the exclusive restaurant in the Members Marquee, a great place to enjoy a bistro style two course meal as you watch the action in the Main Arena.

Day access passes to the Members Marquee are available to purchase by non-members. Simply add this to your basket when booking your ticket(s).

Members Lounge at RHS Malvern Spring Festival and Members Area at Malvern Autumn Show

Open 09:00 – 18:00 each day of the show.

RHS and Three Counties Members have exclusive access to the Members Area and may also bring up to four non member guests. The Lounge offers a selection of teas, coffees, cakes, pastries, cold beverages, sandwiches and hot dishes, providing a comfortable space to relax and enjoy refreshments.

On Saturday and Sunday, the Members Area is open to non-members for a £5 donation to the Three Counties Agricultural Society.

Showground Shop & Newsagents

There is a Showground shop and newsagents on site at each Three Counties Agricultural Society show, selling cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks, confectionery, papers, groceries, camping supplies and much more. See show maps for location.

There are RHS Gardening Advisory stands in the Floral Marquee at RHS Malvern Spring Festival and Malvern Autumn Show. Visit show websites for more information.

First Aid and Emergency

First Aid teams are in attendance at each of the Three Counties Showground events and will be marked on the show map. Please find the nearest steward to help you in the event assistance is required.

In case of an emergency at an event, contact the nearest steward who will arrange assistance.

Drinking Water

There are drinking water stations across the showground at each show where visitors can refill their reusable water bottle, in an effort to reduce plastic waste. See show maps for locations.

Plant Creche & Porter Service

Our dedicated plant creche team will look after your plant purchases for the day at RHS Malvern Spring Festival and Malvern Autumn Show. Once you’re ready to take everything back home don’t forget to make use of our Porter Service, who will take your purchases to dedicated drop-off points for you to load into your car.
