Parking
Free parking is widely available at the showground alongside accessible parking for visitors with access needs.
If you’re a blue badge holder, please do not purchase Gold parking for RHS Malvern Spring Festival or Malvern Autumn Show, instead please follow the wheelchair symbols on the signs and use the Brown/West Gate (off the B4209) for allocated accessible parking on hard standing near the showground entrance. Event Mobility are located in this car park for Three Counties Agricultural Society events.
Toilets and Baby Changing Facilities
You’ll find accessible toilets throughout the showground. These are marked on the show plan. Colostomy bag shelves are located in the south side accessible toilet at West Gate, and in the accessible toilets at Red Toilet Block and Teme Toilet Block (outside Teme Hall).
The Mobiloo will be available at CountryTastic and each day of the RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Royal Three Counties Show and Malvern Autumn Show.
It will be located next to the gent’s toilets by Brown Gate. This is a mobile toilet and personal care facility for people who find it difficult to get out of their wheelchairs unaided, or need the support of a carer to use the facilities fully. The Mobiloo comes complete with an electric hoist, adult-sized changing bench, toilet and wash basin. An attendant is on hand to instruct new users on how the equipment works. Click here for more information.
Baby changing facilities are available at West Gate Toilets and the Accessible Toilets in Severn Hall.
There will be an NCT baby changing and feeding area for members and non members in the Friesian building (see map for location).
Getting Around and Mobility Scooter Hire
All the buildings at the showground have ramps and are accessible by wheelchair. The site itself is level and there is a network of wheelchair-friendly tarmacked paths throughout. We aim to ensure easy access for wheelchairs to our marquees and temporary structures during shows.
Mobility scooters are allowed on site provided that they’re driven safely, at low speeds, and the Three Counties’ safety rules are followed. If your scooter has low ground clearance, a narrow wheel base, or is three-wheeled, we strongly advise you not to use it on the site. The ground conditions are unsuitable for these scooters. Trailers attached to mobility scooters are not permitted.
Electric scooters and manual wheelchairs are available for anyone with access needs including blue badge holders and mobility impaired visitors, courtesy of the Event Mobility Charitable Trust. Event mobility will be located in the brown car park by the entrance. We strongly advise booking this service in advance to avoid disappointment as there will only be a very limited number available to hire on the day.
To book an electric scooter or manual wheelchair please visit Event Mobility or call 01386 725391.
Quiet Space
We provide a dedicated quiet space at all of our main shows. This is marked on the show plan or call 01684 584910 and we will let you know where it will be. A limited number of ear defenders are available to borrow at the Information Office.
Hearing and Sight
We have three portable hearing loops available at selected ticket office windows. Look out for the sign in the window of the ticket offices.
To aid with reading menus, maps and signs, a number of magnifying glasses are available to borrow from the Information Office.
Picnics
There are wheelchair accessible picnic benches available to use at the showground.
Sunflower Scheme for Hidden Disabilities
Three Counties Agricultural Society is a member of the Sunflower Scheme and staff are trained to recognise the Sunflower symbol.
Accessible Ticket Policy
While we do not offer free tickets or concessions for people with access needs, where a carer is required, one carer may be admitted free of charge per ticket-holder with access needs when they pay the normal admission fee. Please call our Accessible Booking Line on 0344 338 8222 to arrange this. Please be aware you may be asked to provide supporting documentation.
For events which we do sell on the day, carers do not need to purchase a ticket in advance, but documentation must be provided at the gate to prove that the ticket holder requires a carer during their visit. Supporting documentation can vary, and may include proof of disability living allowance or documentation from a doctor, anything that provides proof that the ticket-holder requires a carer during their visit to the Showground. If you are unsure and would like to check in advance that the documentation you have is adequate, please call 01684 584910 and we will happily advise.
