How do I renew my membership?

If I currently am a Three Counties member but have a Life, Joint or Young Persons membership, what happens now?

We will be writing to all existing Life and Honorary members in the coming weeks with details on how to obtain your new Life membership card. Joint membership is discontinued, and will be replaced by 2 single memberships. Young persons between the ages of 16 and 25 will be able to apply for discounted membership through Three Counties Agricultural Society Membership – Young Persons

What date does the membership start from?

Membership runs from 1st December until 30th November.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept bank transfers, cheques or Direct Debit payments.

Can I pay for membership at Three Counties offices or by cash?

Membership can only be purchased online through our website: Three Counties Agricultural Society Membership

Can I join Three Counties at an event/by phone/by post/in person?

The new membership scheme has a photo ID card, which can only be produced online. Membership will not be available to purchase at events.

What does Three Counties do with the money generated through membership?

By buying Three Counties membership you are supporting our charitable work to spread awareness of Agriculture, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Apiculture, Forestry, Rural Crafts and Skills and Conservation for the Public Benefit across the Three Counties of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire through our flagship events programme, student bursaries and a wide range of educational events.

Where will my Membership Card be sent?

Membership cards will be mailed to the postal address of the buyer.

Can I bring guests into the members areas?

Yes, on production of your membership photo ID card. This is limited to four guests per member.

Is the number of members unlimited?

No, there will be a limited number of annual memberships available each year.

How do I purchase family/friends tickets at a discount?

When purchasing extra tickets online or via phone at AXS, you will need to provide your membership number to receive the reduced rate. The tickets will need to be purchased in advance of the Show (up to four tickets per show (any day)). This includes RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Royal Three Counties Show and Malvern Autumn Show.

What happens if I lose my membership card?

We will replace your card. There will be an admin fee of £5 plus postage costs.

Can I purchase membership for a Christmas gift? What is the last date to guarantee Christmas delivery?

Yes. Membership will need to be purchased by 1st December.

Can I buy membership for someone else?

Yes.
