Leading the Three Counties Agricultural Society is our Chief Executive David Prescott, who joined our team in January 2023 following an illustrious 27-year career with the Oxford based Bookseller Blackwell’s, where he held a variety of roles across the company from the shop floor to management and regional roles, before becoming Managing Director for Blackwell’s Bookshops in January 2011, and Chief Executive for Blackwell Limited in May 2013.

Paul Butler

Head of Ticketing

Joining the Ticketing Team at Three Counties back in 2011, Paul Butler has played a key role in the implementation of several key improvements to our ticketing and business systems. Relishing a challenge and passionate about improving visitor experience wherever possible, Paul negotiates the complexities of the ever-changing IT landscape to deliver ticketing and CRM systems which deliver an excellent service to the Society and our visitors alike, ensuring that securing a visit to the Showground is as seamless as possible.

David Fenwick

Head of Finance

Leading our Finance Team is David Fenwick, who joined us in 2015 to run all financial and HR aspects of the Society. David has taken a pivotal role in the review and implementation of several improvements to our financial systems. With over 25 years of accounting experience under his belt, David brings with him a wealth of knowledge to ensure the Society continues to run as effectively as possible.

Kirsty Adams

Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive

Kirsty joined the Three Counties in February 2022 as P.A. to the Chief Executive and also assists with the Society’s governance, Council and President. Kirsty comes to the Three Counties from a legal background and has a BA (Hons) degree in Equine Studies. To discuss the Society or speak with David Prescott, please contact Kirsty.

Helen Williams

Fundraising Manager

Helen joined in January 2024 and her primary focus is on securing grant funding and donations to further the Three Counties Agricultural Society’s work fulfilling its charitable objectives.
