Free Schools Careers Fair
Learn more about our annual careers fair.

Each year, the Three Counties Showground hosts a Careers Fair. The 2025 Careers Fair will be held Thursday 23 January 2025.
In 2024, we welcomed approximately 1,450 children and 45 exhibitors to this event.
We’re delighted that University of Worcester is sponsoring the Three Counties Careers Fair for their second year.
The fair is free to attend and open to schools and home educators from the three counties of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire who wish to bring Year 8, Year 9, Year 10, Year 11 and Year 12 students. The fair focuses on careers available in the three counties including engineering and manufacturing, cyber security, construction, food production, financial services and the land-based industries.
Students have the opportunity to speak to employers about career paths available within their industry and to find out what qualifications are best studied. Employers also highlight their apprenticeship and trainee programmes and all the major local colleges and universities are on hand to discuss full-time study options.
