About the Careers Fair
Schools and Students
Applications for students and schools are now CLOSED
Financial support is available to the first 10 eligible schools/sixth forms/colleges to register, this is to help offset the transport costs of bringing your students to the fair. Terms and Conditions apply.
The fair is free to attend and open to schools, sixth forms, colleges and home educators from the three counties of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire who wish to bring Year 8 up to Year 13 students.
The fair focuses on careers available in the three counties including engineering and manufacturing, cyber security, construction, food production, the arts, financial services and the land-based industries.
Students have the opportunity to speak to employers about career paths available within their industry and to find out what qualifications are best studied. Employers also highlight their apprenticeship and trainee programmes and all the major local colleges and universities are on hand to discuss full-time study options.
Exhibitors
Exhibitor applications are CLOSED.
We welcome applications from businesses across the Three Counties to exhibit for free at our careers fair.
The Three Counties Careers Fair brings a wide variety of employers, tertiary providers, and service organisations in direct contact with young people within the Three Counties of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire.
The fair focuses on careers / sectors available within the Three Counties, including engineering and manufacturing, cyber security, construction, food productions, the arts, financial services, horticulture and land-based industries, to name but a few.
Yearly, we have had over 50 exhibitors showcase their industries, answer questions, give advice and inspire young people on their career pathways. A variety of colleges, apprentice providers and organisations can give students and young people an insight into different pathways in which to continue their education post 16, post 18 and beyond – from full-time study to apprenticeship and trainee programmes. We ourselves hired an apprentice at the Three Counties Showground, following the 2025 Careers Fair.
